With this week’s long run out of the way, it was time to throw on my Rocky shirt. While training throughout the winter, my University of Illinois hoodie became the sweatshirt of choice after long runs. During the summer, the tradition includes my Rocky shirt… There’s just nothing like the feeling of wrapping up a week of training and finishing off the long run…
